Features
  • Satellite TV and Wi-Fi: Features available if you don’t want a full break from social media.
  • Living Room: Spacious area with a picturesque view of Little Pine Creek.
  • Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pots, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. Garbage bags and dishwasher soap are also provided.
  • Bedrooms: Linens are provided for all beds, including sheets, blankets, and a comforter.
  • Other Toiletries: Guests need to bring their own towels and toiletries.
Rooms and Bathrooms
  • First floor: One king bed in a bedroom and one queen bed in another bedroom.
  • Second floor: Three single beds.
  • Bathrooms: 2 full baths (toilet paper provided).
  • Deck: Outdoor seating with a great view of the Creek and a gas grill available.

Booking (Minimum 3-Night Stay Required)

Rental Rates

All rentals are subject to a 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax and a 5% Lycoming County Lodging Tax. Please note that our rates reflect what you will be charged. There are no additional booking or cleaning fees included in the invoice. Please also note the following prices:
  • Daily Rate: $275 per night for up to six people.
  • Weekly Rate: $1600
  • Dogs: $20/per dog per night and $100 weekly fee. Please register the dog on the registration form.
Payment and Cancellations
Half of the rental is due at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due upon check-in. The deposit and final payment can be made by credit card (Mastercard or Visa). If you want to pay by check or Zelle, you must call Pine Village to make your reservation. A service fee will be charged on all credit card transactions. In the event of a cancellation, deposits will be refunded if the dates are rebooked; however, a 10% booking fee will be retained.
