Bear Lodge

Bear Lodge is a waterfront cabin, built in 2013, at Pine Village. Bear Lodge is a large facility that can accommodate 14 people. The lodge has become extremely popular with extended families and groups with common interests such as biking, fishing, hunting, hiking, and quilting. A large deck surrounds the lodge that offers great views of Little Pine Creek and the wonderful Pine Village natural outdoor setting. A fire circle, with an adequate wood supply based on your length of stay, is available for outdoor fires. Satellite TV and Wifi is available.

Living Room: is a spacious area with a picturesque view of Little Pine Creek.

Kitchen: fully equipped for cooking: refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils.  Garbage bags and dishwasher soap are provided.

Bedrooms: Linens are provided for all beds; sheets, blanket & comforter.
First floor master bedroom: a queen size bed.
Second floor master suite: king size bed and a futon couch.
Second floor bunk room: 4 sets of bunk beds and a double bed.

Guests need to bring their own towels and toiletries.

Booking Your Reservations and Rental Rates:

• Minimum 3-night stay in April & October; 4 or more nights for May-September.

•  Book your reservation on-line or call Pine Village.  Book on-line by selecting the “BOOK NOW” icon and complete all reservation information. You must enter a credit card for your reservation to be accepted. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with complete information on Bear Lodge and directions to Pine Village. If you do not receive an email, please make contact with Pine Village at pinevillage@hotmail.com; or call Pine Village @570-753-5210 or 814-360-4690 to make your reservation.

• If you are bringing a dogs(s), please provide information on your dog in the notes section at the time of making a reservation.

Rental Rates: All rentals are subject to 6% PA Sales Tax and 5% Lycoming County Lodging Tax.
Daily Rate: Monday - Thursday: $425.00 per night for up to 8 people
Friday - Sunday: $500.00 per night for up to 8 people.
$20 per person beyond 8 people.
Children under the age of 2 stay free if the group is over 8.
                     Saturday and Sunday - $400.00 night for up to 8;
                     $20.00 per person per night beyond 8

Weekly Rate - $2300.00 for up to 8 people; $100/person over 8.

Dogs: $20/per dog per night/ $100 weekly fee. Please provide information on the dog in notes section at the time of making reservation.

Cancellations: Deposits will be refunded if dates are rebooked; 10% of rental is retained as a booking fee.
       

Payment: One-half of the rental is due upon booking the reservation; the balance is due upon check-in. The deposit and final payment can be made by Credit Card, Master Card and Visa Card only, Zelle and personal check. A service fee will be charged on all credit card transactions.
